  This mod has features like:

  It Enables the users to vote up / down a comment.
  The user is able to Comment on a comment that has already made.
  Collapse of a "thread" based on a user specified threshold can be done.
  It has ability to allow anonymous comments (specified at module/plugin level) so that for example if the comment system was applied to a    article plugin you could allow outsiders to view/comment on the article.
  The Comment captcha is used to prevent spam (only for anonymous users)
  It also specify contact details such as: name, email, website (for anonymous users)
  Block / Report user to automatically filter user XYZ's comments (maybe tied into current block system)
  The comments editing is possible up to N minutes after posting.
