Adding New Ad Locations

   Basically with a default fox installation you have 5 locations for placing adverts in the admin panel, this will take you through the steps of adding a 6th.
   To add additional placeholders just repeat the instructions again remembering to increment the Ad placeholder index number (we are using 6 for this guide).
